Responsibilities

  • Initial telephone outreach to small and medium-sized enterprises and industrial companies
  • Qualifying prospects for our IT services
  • Identifying needs based on clearly defined criteria
  • Scheduling appointments for our sales consultants
  • Accurate documentation of all conversations in the CRM system
  • Close collaboration with the sales team
  • Active contribution to developing call scripts and outreach strategies
  • Reflection on results, learnings and opportunities for optimization

Requirements

  • Structured and independent working style
  • Enjoys communication and professional telephone interactions
  • Goal-oriented and reliable
  • Willingness to work with clear KPIs
  • Fluent German, both written and spoken
  • Ideally: initial experience in telephone sales, inside sales or customer-facing roles; interest in IT services and digital topics; experience with CRM systems; desire to further develop your career in sales
