About the role

  • Administrative Assistant supporting Community IPAC Hub at Trillium Health Partners. Responsible for data management, clerical duties, and infection prevention initiatives within the community.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and input data collected in the THP Community IPAC hub database
  • Support the hub team in the updating of information related to the IPAC programs of the CLSs served.
  • Clerical duties include but are not limited to responding to phone calls and email messages and routing to appropriate team member, scheduling meetings, scribing, preparing and formatting reports and documents.
  • Assist in other Infection Prevention and Control initiatives, that align with the services of the IPAC hub to CLSs

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Health-related field preferred
  • Experience working with an infection prevention and control program in a health care setting preferred
  • Strong computer skills- Advance level in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills- written and verbal
