Administrative Assistant supporting Community IPAC Hub at Trillium Health Partners. Responsible for data management, clerical duties, and infection prevention initiatives within the community.
Responsibilities
Maintain and input data collected in the THP Community IPAC hub database
Support the hub team in the updating of information related to the IPAC programs of the CLSs served.
Clerical duties include but are not limited to responding to phone calls and email messages and routing to appropriate team member, scheduling meetings, scribing, preparing and formatting reports and documents.
Assist in other Infection Prevention and Control initiatives, that align with the services of the IPAC hub to CLSs
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Health-related field preferred
Experience working with an infection prevention and control program in a health care setting preferred
Strong computer skills- Advance level in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills- written and verbal
