About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll routines, hiring and termination processes, vacation administration, timekeeping, compensatory hours (time bank) and benefits.
  • Oversee courses and training, as well as internal marketing initiatives and internal communication.
  • Support recruitment and selection.
  • Assist with accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, cash flow management, checks/verifications and report generation, interfacing with systems.
  • Organize physical and digital files and maintain direct contact with suppliers/vendors.

Requirements

  • Degree completed or in progress in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related fields.
  • Experience in administrative roles with a focus on HR routines (personnel administration, payroll and benefits) and general financial support.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, PowerPoint; knowledge of Canva is desirable.
  • Discreet, focused, detail-oriented, organized and composed demeanor.
