About the role

  • Administrative Assistant for Snowflake managing calendars and operations for Engineering Directors in Europe. Enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring global collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage and maintain complex calendars for 2–3 Senior leaders.
  • Coordinate recurring engineering cycles including staff meetings and updates.
  • Build responsiveness into existing operations and define new regional strategies.
  • Partner closely with US-based Admin team for global collaboration.
  • Execute high-visibility events and manage logistics.
  • Manage team budgets, travel, and executive-level expenses.
  • Facilitate communication between teams and global stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant work experience in direct executive support, program/project management.
  • Proficient English; Strong communication in German is essential.
  • Proven ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience identifying operational gaps and initiating the systems needed to bridge them.
  • Extreme attention to detail, highly organized, and responsive.
  • Very strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • High proficiency with modern collaboration tools; experience with AI agents is a plus.
