Responsibilities
Collaborating with executives, leaders, and peers to build an effective hiring process
Partnering with various stakeholders including business leaders, HR, and Finance to identify talent acquisition needs
Building and driving end-to-end recruitment processes such as job postings, sourcing, and candidate engagement
Ensuring clean and clear data and process integrity
Contributing to the development and improvement of Talent Acquisition/HR services
Requirements
3+ years’ experience of full-cycle recruiting
Demonstrable experience hiring for one or more of these functional areas in the technology industry: Corporate / G&A / GTM
Working knowledge of building and driving process change or best practices related to Recruiting
Passion for customer and candidate experience
Fluency in English is essential and fluency in spoken and written German is a great advantage.
