About the role

Responsibilities
- Collaborating with executives, leaders, and peers to build an effective hiring process
- Partnering with various stakeholders including business leaders, HR, and Finance to identify talent acquisition needs
- Building and driving end-to-end recruitment processes such as job postings, sourcing, and candidate engagement
- Ensuring clean and clear data and process integrity
- Contributing to the development and improvement of Talent Acquisition/HR services
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience of full-cycle recruiting
- Demonstrable experience hiring for one or more of these functional areas in the technology industry: Corporate / G&A / GTM
- Working knowledge of building and driving process change or best practices related to Recruiting
- Passion for customer and candidate experience
- Fluency in English is essential and fluency in spoken and written German is a great advantage.
