About the role

  • Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner driving recruitment strategies for Tricentis in EMEA. Collaborating with cross-functional leaders and improving talent acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with executives, leaders, and peers to build an effective hiring process
  • Partnering with various stakeholders including business leaders, HR, and Finance to identify talent acquisition needs
  • Building and driving end-to-end recruitment processes such as job postings, sourcing, and candidate engagement
  • Ensuring clean and clear data and process integrity
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of Talent Acquisition/HR services

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience of full-cycle recruiting
  • Demonstrable experience hiring for one or more of these functional areas in the technology industry: Corporate / G&A / GTM
  • Working knowledge of building and driving process change or best practices related to Recruiting
  • Passion for customer and candidate experience
  • Fluency in English is essential and fluency in spoken and written German is a great advantage.
