About the role

  • Provide business analytics and operational support for strategic decisions
  • Conduct quantitative analyses and advanced modeling to translate data into actionable insights
  • Work closely with company-wide Operations teams to ensure data and report integrity
  • Produce ad hoc analysis and reporting to support sales and marketing teams
  • Support compensation plan design and administration for multiple organizations
  • Conduct periodic reviews and benchmark analyses for compensation programs
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate compensation payouts
  • Support the Sr Director of Sales Operations in annual planning processes
  • Develop customer segmentation and resource plan for accelerated growth

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role in a high growth tech company
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and strategically in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and global environment
  • Exceptional writing and analytical skills, with the ability to visualize data to tell a story
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and other analytical tools
  • Strong bias for action
  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS Sales environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics or related field
  • Experience utilizing CaptivateIQ
