Responsibilities
A data analyst defines success metrics and provides analytical solutions for complex product-related questions such as behavioral segmentation, feature usage, UX performance and funnel analysis. They build and maintain dashboards, develop data models to track product performance, and conduct A/B test analyses to drive KPI improvements. Their role also includes translating data into actionable insights, supporting business teams with ad-hoc analyses and aligning reporting efforts with company strategy.

Serve as a proactive analytical partner to the business, delivering rapid, high-impact insights through dashboards, funnel analytics, root-cause analysis, and ad-hoc reporting.
Develop intuitive, actionable BI dashboards that measures business health, empowering stakeholders to measure performance and make data-informed decisions.
Empower non-technical users for self-service analytics by setting up the right infrastructure with the right tools.
Design and standardize segmentations to ensure a consistent customer view across the company.
Employ ML-based causal inference techniques to move beyond simple correlation, explaining the root causes of business events and predicting the impact of potential interventions.
Work closely with the Data Science team to optimize models through diagnostic analysis, feature engineering, and iterative feedback loops.
Requirements
University degree preferably in Engineering, MIS, Management, Statistics.
Minimum 2-year experience in data analytics, business intelligence or a similar role.
Experience in Retail industries, Retail Banking, Fintech, Payments specifically within Credit Risk Analytics or Growth Analytics, is highly preferred.
Strong background in data analysis and defining KPIs that align with business objectives, analyzing performance trends, and uncovering actionable growth opportunities.
Advanced proficiency in SQL combined with a solid foundation in mathematics and statistics. Experience with Python or R is a plus.
Proficiency in BI tools is preferred. Specific experience as a BI Developer using Qlik (Qlik Sense/QlikView) is strongly preferred. Experience with Looker, Tableau, or Data Studio is also valuable.
Experience analyzing large-scale clickstream data to understand user behavior.
