About the role

  • Sales Development Representative linking inquiries and qualifying prospects for Transport Management Software company TransVirtual. Collaborating with Account Executive and Sales leadership to grow market opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a vital link in servicing enquiries and chasing up a prospect pipeline.
  • Carefully qualify businesses to hand over to the Account Executive channel.
  • Work alongside a dedicated and experienced Account Executive to grow your market.
  • Spearhead growth in your own market with training, onboarding, and sales development feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales, Account Executive, and General Manager.

Requirements

  • 18 months (about 1 and a half years) experience in a sales qualification capacity and eager to chase down enquiries.
  • No fear of demanding work on the phone – it is a numbers game!!!
  • Experience in managing a contact pipeline – CRM updates (we use HubSpot)
  • Cold calling lost contacts with an innate ability to get on point with your sales messaging.
  • Attitude is key, the sales skills we can help you develop.
  • Experience dealing with marketing campaigns to drive effective appointments.
  • A history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas based on qualified leads.
  • Ability to think on your feet and adjust as you go to maximize your results
