Responsibilities
Lead operations: You structure our CRM data and turn promising contacts into real sales opportunities.
Interface management: You ensure that data flows cleanly between our systems (e.g. Asana, Mailchimp, CRM) and that Sales receives the information it needs for effective conversations.
Automation: You test new features and AI tools, build smart automations and eliminate routine tasks so there’s more time for high-quality conversations.
Identification: You identify relevant accounts and buyer personas, prepare lead lists and sharpen the focus for setters and closers.
Pitch deck ownership: You are responsible for our pitch deck and deliver persuasive sales materials.
Case studies: You collect results and client testimonials from projects and make our value as a growth partner visible.
Processes: You optimize our sales processes, uncover bottlenecks, develop concrete solutions and thereby increase speed and deal quality.
Requirements
You have experience with high-value, complex services — ideally in B2B environments with customer lifetime values in the five- to six-figure range.
You have experience with online marketing services — or are eager to dive in — and use that understanding to smartly steer sales processes.
You are confident navigating CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and commonly used sales tools.
You’re excited about new tools and AI workflows and want to help shape them.
You love clear logic, structure workflows and derive concrete actions from clean data — for traceable, repeatable results.
You keep all threads together, facilitate information flow between Sales, Marketing and Management, and ensure everyone is aligned at the right time.
You take ownership, tackle tasks independently and drive them to completion without waiting for instructions.
You work confidently with Office or Google tools.
Native-level German and good English.
