Responsibilities
Lead operations: Structure CRM data and convert promising contacts into real opportunities.
Interface management: Ensure clean data flow between systems (e.g., Asana, Mailchimp, CRM).

Identification: Identify relevant accounts and buyer personas and prepare lead lists.
Deck lead: Own our pitch deck and deliver convincing sales collateral.
Case studies: Gather results from projects to make our value as a growth partner visible.
Processes: Optimize sales processes and uncover bottlenecks.
Requirements
Strong affinity for high-end B2B: Experience with premium, complex services, ideally in B2B environments with customer lifetime values in the five- to six-figure range.
Experience in online marketing: Knowledge of online marketing services or a strong interest in the field.
CRM & sales tools: Confident user of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and common sales tools.
Modern working methods: Interest in new tools and AI workflows.
Process orientation: Love of logic and structure, and the ability to derive concrete action steps from clean data.
Organizational talent: Ability to moderate between Sales, Marketing and Management.
Ownership & proactivity: Take responsibility and work independently.
Office competence: Confident with Office or Google Workspace tools.
Language skills: Excellent German and good English.
