- Talent Acquisition Specialist for recruiting BlueCollar positions in Operations at The Quality Group. Ensuring quick, professional, and candidate-oriented hiring processes and collaboration with operations teams.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Recruiting, idealerweise im Produktions-, Logistik- oder operativen Umfeld
- Erfahrung mit BlueCollar-Hiring oder die klare Motivation, dich in dieses Umfeld tief einzuarbeiten
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise: Dokumentation und saubere Prozesse sind für dich selbstverständlich
- Hohe Handson Mentalität und Freude an Tempo, Volumen und operativer Nähe
- Du bleibst souverän, auch wenn sich Prioritäten verschieben und mehrere Themen parallel laufen
- Kommunikationsstark, verbindlich und pragmatisch gegenüber Kandidat:innen wie auch internen Stakeholdern
- Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse im beruflichen Kontext.
