Responsibilities
Resolve customer inquiries by phone in both inbound and outbound calls, and liaise with telecommunications providers
System-driven technical activation of landline connections for private customers
Rectify system-caused errors in the activation process
Maintain customer master data
Process contract cancellations (withdrawals)
Prepare written customer correspondence
Requirements
Quick comprehension (fast learner) and strong communication skills
Strong service and sales orientation
Good computer skills and technical aptitude
Solid numeracy and analytical thinking
Previous experience as a call center agent is an advantage but not required – career changers, recent entrants and returning professionals are welcome (m/f/d)
