About the role

  • Operations Customer Expert responsible for resolving customer inquiries and handling telecommunications services. Engaging with customers in both inbound and outbound calls.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer inquiries by phone in both inbound and outbound calls, and liaise with telecommunications providers
  • System-driven technical activation of landline connections for private customers
  • Rectify system-caused errors in the activation process
  • Maintain customer master data
  • Process contract cancellations (withdrawals)
  • Prepare written customer correspondence

Requirements

  • Quick comprehension (fast learner) and strong communication skills
  • Strong service and sales orientation
  • Good computer skills and technical aptitude
  • Solid numeracy and analytical thinking
  • Previous experience as a call center agent is an advantage but not required – career changers, recent entrants and returning professionals are welcome (m/f/d)
