About the role

  • Join Banham as an Outbound Sales Consultant, driving revenue growth for security solutions through effective sales and customer engagement. Work in a hybrid model providing outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound sales activity to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Coordinate daily sales operations and manage your sales pipeline independently
  • Work closely with field sales consultants to close deals and convert leads
  • Implement proven sales strategies and contribute ideas to optimise performance
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer engagement
  • Deliver on individual and team objectives as set by your Sales Manager
  • Provide accurate reporting and updates on sales activity and pipeline status
  • Standard Office role hours (37.5 hrs (between 8:30am to 5:30pm, (Mon-Fri))

Requirements

  • Proven track record in outbound sales or a similar target-driven environment
  • Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid working model – currently 3 days in the office and 2 from home (subject to change; flexibility is essential)
  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to team success
