General payment transaction matters (e.g., transfers, transaction and account balance inquiries, direct debit returns, card blocking/unblocking)
Inquiries about loans and financing
Processing standing orders and direct debit returns
Maintaining customer data in the system
Scheduling customer appointments for the branch
Requirements
With or without prior professional experience
Solid PC skills for daily work (MS Office knowledge advantageous)
