About the role

  • Customer Support Expert handling banking inquiries for a renowned German bank. Tasks include payment processing, customer data management, and appointment setting.

Responsibilities

  • General payment transaction matters (e.g., transfers, transaction and account balance inquiries, direct debit returns, card blocking/unblocking)
  • Inquiries about loans and financing
  • Processing standing orders and direct debit returns
  • Maintaining customer data in the system
  • Scheduling customer appointments for the branch

Requirements

  • With or without prior professional experience
  • Solid PC skills for daily work (MS Office knowledge advantageous)
  • Motivated and committed
  • Fluent in spoken and written German
