About the role

  • Back Office Customer Expert supporting insurance clients with written inquiries. Working remotely after training period while assisting in maintaining customer satisfaction and data management.

Responsibilities

  • Independently and service-oriented response to customer inquiries by e-mail and letters
  • Operate all functions of customer-specific IT systems
  • Update master data, coverage limits, and scope of insurance coverage
  • Maintain master data using the "Missing Information Process"
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships

Requirements

  • Knowledge of insurance (desirable)
  • Experience in data entry
  • Strong communication skills and excellent German language skills, spoken and written
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong customer and service orientation and a high willingness to learn
  • Experience as a customer advisor or office clerk is desirable, but career changers (m/f/d) are also welcome
