About the role

  • Customer Service Advisor assisting customers with queries via phone and email. Engaging customers with world class service in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with queries via telephone and email
  • Offer world class service with every customer interaction
  • Handle complaints providing solutions and alternatives within agreed time limits
  • Update and maintain customer information within our CRM system
  • Engage customers and fleet contacts

Requirements

  • Patient, empathetic, and passionate about communication
  • Naturally curious and confident
  • Enjoy troubleshooting and investigating
