Responsibilities
Work in a user support team covering various IT systems
Support VIP users (executive management/directors) and international visitors
Coordinate with the global IT team
Maintain local IT infrastructure
Maintain access groups (ACLs, DLs)
Assist with verification of backup systems and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP)
