Marketing Analyst ensuring governance of NPS and conducting CX research for a construction company. Leading in-depth analysis and producing impactful reports for strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
Be the steward of NPS governance and methodology, ensuring correct scoring, data integrity, adherence to technical standards, and consistency of metrics across the customer journey;
Lead quantitative and qualitative CX research (NPS, CSAT, Voice of the Customer), as well as ad hoc studies and internal surveys (such as engagement surveys or specific topics). Responsible for methodological planning, sampling, questionnaire design, execution, analysis, executive-level interpretation, and dissemination of results;
Perform deep analyses and statistical diagnostics to identify correlations, drivers, behavior patterns, and opportunities for improvement;
Maintain and evolve dashboards, projection models, and advanced analyses, including targets, floors, simulations, and scenarios;
Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic documents, presenting performance against targets and explaining drivers behind improvements or declines in metrics, translating analyses into clear, high-impact narratives for the executive team and business areas;
Lead governance rituals (War Room, Committees, tactical meetings), ensuring consistency in interpretations, cross-area alignment, and monitoring of metric evolution;
Identify opportunities, risks, and trends, turning statistical analyses and customer voice into practical recommendations and prioritized actions for the business areas.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields;
Proven experience with CX metrics and end-to-end NPS management (collection, analysis, governance, and reporting);
Solid statistical background, including correlations, regressions, analysis of variance (ANOVA), and sampling logic;
Experience managing research end-to-end, from planning and execution to analysis and storytelling;
Advanced Excel skills (mandatory requirement);
Knowledge of SQL and VBA;
Organized profile, with autonomy, a sense of ownership, and the ability to operate in high-complexity environments.
