Marketing Lead creating and executing marketing content for Farmers Financial Solutions. Developing agent and client-facing collateral and managing high impact projects for financial products.
Responsibilities
Creation, development and execution of marketing content for agent and client facing collateral (Print and digital)
Launch and manage Farmers Financial Solutions products and services including all FFS product collateral, development of registered representatives and customer communications.
Develop prospecting, point-of-sale, educational materials, and agent support materials to support product launches and ongoing business initiatives.
Work with product providers and enterprise marketing, training, finance, compliance, legal and outside consultants to develop education materials and sales brochures for the agents internally and to use with their customers.
Manage high impact projects, including strategy, identification of tasks, dependencies, deadlines and costs, as well as on time execution.
Work with FFS Communications and Marketing Manager, Corporate Communications, Corporate Creative Shop, University of Farmers, Agency News and Resources team and outside vendors to develop and manage marketing, education, and communications plans to support Farmers Financial Solutions and creative positioning with Farmers brand voice.
Work with Training to ensure appropriate agent understanding of products, processes, and compliance.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, communications or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
FINRA Series 6 or 7, 63 or 65/66, and 26 required within 90 days of hire
Three years marketing/project management experience in financial services
Expertise in MS Office, Salesforce, Otimizely, Articulate, Nitro, and other systems as added
