About the role
- Marketing Project Manager driving strategic sales marketing projects and campaigns in a collaborative environment. Engaging with various stakeholders to enhance sales strategies and performance.
Responsibilities
- You independently plan and manage projects in sales marketing with the clear objective of strengthening our sales organization both strategically and operationally.
- You develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives and 360° campaigns to increase sales, generate leads and improve customer retention.
- You gather, analyze and distribute relevant sales information, creating transparency for data-driven decision making.
- You create and coordinate sales support materials such as presentations, brochures and digital content in close collaboration with our graphic designers.
- You measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities using defined KPIs and derive concrete recommendations for action.
- You develop and implement measures to improve efficiency in sales marketing.
- You organize, support and evaluate sales-related events such as trade shows and customer events.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communication Studies — alternatively a comparable commercial qualification with a focus on marketing/sales.
- Ideally professional experience in sales marketing or project-based marketing environments, preferably with exposure to the energy sector.
- Independent, structured and analytical with a clear understanding of context and priorities.
- Solution-oriented mindset and a pronounced hands-on attitude.
- Confident use of common marketing and sales tools, campaign management and target-group-specific communication.
- Experience in creating and coordinating sales-related communications and sales materials as well as in campaign management.
- Enthusiasm for developments in the energy market and willingness to delve into complex, technically oriented subject areas.
- Proficient with the MS Office suite.
- Business-fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
