Responsibilities

  • Strong knowledge of consórcio (consortium) rules and market understanding
  • Ability to lead meetings and manage crises autonomously, reporting continuous and relevant status updates to the Product Manager (PM)
  • Define necessary solutions for specific problems, always seeking general solutions that can add value to the product while ensuring deliveries meet customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Ability to explain the rules and behavior of the system functionalities in which you work
  • Ability to prepare and keep documentation up to date, presented clearly for both internal teams and clients
  • Plan and coordinate feature deliveries in collaboration with the Business Owner (BO) and technical leads
  • Knowledge of Scrum and facilitation of the associated rituals (Daily, Planning, Review and Retrospective)
  • Train, support, provide assistance to, and collaborate with other analysts on the team
