- Unterstützung über den gesamten Lifecycle: Analyse → Verfeinerung → Testing → Integration → Deployment Support
- Mitwirkung bei Abnahme Tests und Betriebsfreigaben
- Vermittlung zwischen Fachbereich, Betrieb und Engineering
- Erfassen und Verfeinern von User Stories, Features und Akzeptanzkriterien unter Berücksichtigung von Sicherheit, Betrieb und Compliance
- Durchführung von Workshops, Shadowing, Interviews, Customer Journeys und Usability Analysen
- Identifikation von Digitalisierungs und Optimierungspotenzialen
- Moderation der Abstimmung zwischen operativen Expert:innen, Entwicklungsteams und Produktorganisation
- Unterstützung der PI Planung im SAFe Umfeld
Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Business Analyst in agilen Softwareprojekten (Scrum / SAFe)
- Starke Kommunikations und Stakeholder Management Fähigkeiten, vom Feldmitarbeiter bis zur Projektleitung
- Fundiertes Know how im Requirements Engineering und der Prozessmodellierung (BPMN/UML)
- Erfahrung mit Tools wie Jira, Confluence oder Azure DevOps
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie solide Englischkenntnisse
