About the role
- Senior Business Analyst, UX Designer at RSM improving user experience through agile methodologies and collaboration with stakeholders. Focusing on user interaction and business processes.
Responsibilities
- Work as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements
- Collaborate with technical and business resources to design and plan release cycles

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of combined business analysis and UX experience
- Proficient in MS Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Strong knowledge in MS SharePoint, MS Copilot, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents/Power BI)
- Ability to analyze and document backend system information such as data mapping and microservice components
- Strong knowledge of basic and advanced business analysis techniques and strategies
- Strong knowledge of product design and user experience design concepts
- Strong knowledge of the Agile Framework with a focus in Scrum, Scaled Agile, and Kanban methodologies
- Strong communication skills both written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail, motivation, and initiative.
