Requirements
You have experience in customer contact and after-sales service
You are fluent in French and have good knowledge of German
You are empathetic, personable and friendly, combined with strong communication skills and assertiveness
You can quickly and confidently adapt to different interlocutors and their concerns and can easily build a trusting conversational atmosphere
Your working style is structured and reliable
