Responsibilities
Establish, maintain and expand a strong customer network in Austria
Acquire new customers and provide professional advice on our premium service offerings
Conduct individual needs assessments and provide solution-oriented consultation to clients and their relatives
Represent Toll Betreuung und Pflege Ges.mbH and strengthen our brand presence in the Austrian market
Perform market and competitor analyses and develop appropriate sales strategies
Plan, manage and further develop sales activities within your assigned territory
Collaborate with internal teams in Austria and Germany to ensure smooth processes
Requirements
Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration with sales experience, ideally in the healthcare or care sector; or: qualified nursing professional / medical background with experience in sales or field sales
Strong communication and persuasion skills and enthusiasm for acquiring new customers
Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
High commitment, reliability and willingness to travel within Austria
Valid driving license (Class B)
