Responsibilities
Providing review of subcontractor submittals in accordance with approved Remedial Design and Specifications
Providing review and comment on subcontractor change orders on behalf of the client
In field inspection of work tasks for completion and conformance with plans and compliance with permits
Verifying the completeness of submittals and change orders for review by the client
Managing the preparation of technical reports and presentations which summarize findings and work progress
Reviewing erosion and sedimentation controls implemented per the approved State and Federal permits
Coordinating Site monitoring, surveying and sampling
Designating tasks and responsibilities to internal staff, as well as partners and subconsultants
Executing project management requirements including project reporting and safety assessments
Contributing to RFPs and business development
Requirements
Willing to be a team player who leads a diverse team of professionals
Strong communications skills including PowerPoint presentations, report preparations, and technical emails
Ability to work flexible hours to respond to immediate project needs
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline
15 years of experience, minimum 10 years construction oversight
Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred
