About the role
- Nursing professional providing home intensive care for patients in Baden-Württemberg. Working in a 1:1 setting without stressful routines.
Responsibilities
- Intensive medical monitoring, basic and treatment nursing in the patient’s home environment
- Carrying out rehabilitative measures and providing social support
- Flexible assignments at our care locations across Baden-Württemberg (up to 100 km radius around Stuttgart)
- Communication and coordination with relatives and physicians
- Maintaining nursing documentation
Requirements
- You are a qualified geriatric nurse, registered nurse (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger), general nursing specialist (Pflegefachmann/-frau), or pediatric nurse
- You hold a qualification as a specialist in out-of-hospital ventilation or in intensive and anesthesia nursing, or you are a recognized nursing expert
- You have experience in intensive care or ventilation care in the home setting
- Flexible availability for assignments at different care locations across Baden-Württemberg
- Willingness to work both day and night shifts
- You hold a driving license (Class B)
