About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Partner at Togetherwork managing recruitment across technical and non-technical roles. Driving talent pipelines and strategic hiring for a high-growth SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a range of technical and non-technical roles across corporate, go-to-market, and operational teams.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define search strategy, clarify success criteria, and ensure a structured, efficient interview process.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, market engagement, and modern recruiting tools.
  • Use Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and SparkHire to drive consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Translate data and recruiting metrics into actionable insights that improve time to fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
  • Operate with a candidate-first mindset that reflects Togetherwork’s professionalism and values.
  • Collaborate with People Operations, Employer Brand, and Business Unit leaders on process enhancements, tools, and talent initiatives.
  • Engage in structured onboarding and leverage feedback early to build confidence, capability, and alignment.

Requirements

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment with evolving priorities and high expectations.
  • Demonstrated capability managing full-cycle searches across technical, corporate, and operational roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of recruiting fundamentals, employment law basics, and compliant hiring practices.
  • High personal accountability, strong organization, and the discipline to manage multiple roles without sacrificing quality.
  • Comfort with structured guidance early in the role and the ability to incorporate feedback quickly.
  • Curiosity that drives continuous learning about the business, its functions, and the talent landscape.
  • Confidence and clarity in communication, with the ability to influence through insight and data.
