Responsibilities
Proactively pitch story ideas to achieve maximum editorial placement across your clients
Participate in the creation of strategic communications plans. Ideate, template and organize ideas as well as present to clients.
Brainstorm creative programmatic ideas and generate corresponding publicity strategies to enhance PR campaigns, going beyond the role of the traditional press office
Support senior team on campaign execution, including programming, activations and events
Facilitate smooth day-to-day function of each account team, providing support from above and below as requested and required.
Consistently produce high quality internal and external communications content
Support with event logistics pertaining to partnerships and collaborations
Analyse coverage across online and print, and leverage added value from all PR activity
Conduct research on both brands, products, and industry to support the development of client plans and new business proposals
General media monitoring across clients and all competitors
Develop weekly and monthly media reports for clients
Oversight and compilation of weekly client agendas and recaps
Management of Account Coordinators and Interns
Requirements
3-4 years of relevant working experience; Lifestyle, Hospitality, F&B PR experience is preferred
Superior knowledge of media landscape and existing media contacts
Successful placement of client news in relevant luxury, lifestyle media
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
