  • Business Development Representative driving growth for Tivita's health solutions. Engaging potential clients through active prospecting and relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Active prospecting (Outbound): Conduct outreach to new accounts through multiple channels (phone, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn/Social Selling)
  • Lead qualification: Screen and qualify leads (Inbound and Outbound)
  • Meeting scheduling: Book high-quality meetings for the Account Executives (AEs) team
  • Market intelligence: Map frequent objections and identify trends in customer conversations
  • Cadence and CRM management: Keep the CRM rigorously up to date

Requirements

  • More than 2 years of proven experience as a Business Development Representative
  • A genuine desire to help potential customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Results-oriented
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
