About the role

  • Business Development Manager responsible for expanding Kress's distribution and market share in Germany. Building client relationships and ensuring product offerings meet customer needs while providing strategic oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Expand distribution and increase market share for the Kress brand
  • Establish and maintain effective, partnership-based business relationships
  • Responsible for achieving budget targets and customer profitability
  • Analyze and improve sales and profit potential
  • Ensure the latest product developments reach customers

Requirements

  • Experience in professional park and landscape maintenance (e.g., as a gardener or landscaper)
  • Enjoy demonstrating products and present a goal-oriented, customer-friendly manner
  • Strong technical interest and solid IT user skills
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Willingness to travel and openness to flexible working hours
  • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written; English skills are a plus
