Responsibilities
Concept & development: design and build a scalable multi-level and network marketing concept (formats, incentives, compensation)
Definition of host models and commission structures
Build and test an MVP for the new sales channel
Community & host acquisition: proactively recruit, support and activate hosts
Build and maintain an engaged community (e.g., WhatsApp, Slack, newsletter)
Event & sales execution: plan and support network marketing events (online & offline)
Train hosts on product, storytelling and sales
Analyze sales and conversion per event
Process & scaling: establish clear, repeatable processes
Prepare for scaling (regions, multipliers, ambassador models)
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in community management, marketing, sales or brand activation
Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire others
Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a drive to push initiatives forward
Enjoys personal interaction and selling
Hands-on mentality — you roll up your sleeves and successfully implement ideas
Nice to have: experience in direct sales, event management or influencer/ambassador models
Affinity for social media (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp communities)
Experience in a D2C or lifestyle brand environment
Experience building MVPs or new formats
