Responsibilities
Manage third-party vendors responsible for mobile network operations and lead backoffice teams, overseeing analysis, prioritization and resolution of faults;
Monitor operational KPIs (accessibility, retention, drops, traffic, critical events), perform critical data analysis and act on deviations and trends;
Develop and monitor network performance and resilience improvement plans (preventive actions, parameter optimization, structural fixes, and oversight of swaps/expansions);
Ensure execution of corrective and preventive maintenance activities for radio, transport and power, aligned with the technical standards defined by the operator;
Coordinate acceptance processes for new sites, technologies, software upgrades and features, ensuring technical and operational compliance;
Lead technical and operational meetings with vendors, integrators and internal teams to promote alignment, prioritization and efficient execution of actions;
Represent mobile operations on technical, regulatory, contractual and operational matters with external partners, suppliers and relevant authorities;
Manage the operational budget related to maintenance, preventive operations and corrective actions, ensuring efficient use of resources;
Collaborate with internal areas (NOC, Engineering, Planning, Transmission, Power, Field Services) to reduce downtime and improve the end-customer experience;
Ensure compliance with processes, standardization of operational practices and adherence to quality and safety requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Telecommunications or related fields;
Solid experience in operational areas at large telecommunications operators;
Experience with mobile network operation and maintenance processes and their support platforms;
Management of operational indicators and critical performance analysis;
Ability to read and interpret technical reports, dashboards and mobile network monitoring tools;
Advanced MS Office skills;
Power BI;
Experience in high-complexity operational environments in the telecommunications sector, focusing on mobile operations, performance and backoffice activities.
