Responsibilities
Supervise professionals assist in benchmarking, design and communication of benefits programs
Provide expertise to engagement teams in leading complex C&B problems
Mentor and coach senior consultants in advanced C&B consulting knowledge and techniques
Manage preparation for annual enrollment and oversee ongoing guidance for the enrollment process
Collaborate with teams to design and deliver programmes aligned with objectives and local regulatory requirements
Support annual compensation review cycle and provide advisory support to HR Business Partners
Requirements
10+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards within a large, global, matrixed organisation
Demonstrated experience leading complex C&B engagements as an individual contributor
Proven track record in compensation benchmarking, benefits design, pension strategy, and programme administration
Experience contributing to cross-border benefits projects and programme harmonisation with Global Benefits teams
Knowledge of benefits regulatory requirements and market practices across key global markets
Effective collaboration with and influencing of senior HR and business leadership across geographies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and HRIS platforms such as Workday
