Answering complex queries from employees via the AskHR case management portal
On-boarding new employees during their first 90 days
Working with managers on probation extensions or failures

Changes to terms and conditions administration

Requirements
Strong academic background
MS Office skills including strong Excel skills
HR experience required, preferably within the financial services sector
Workday knowledge preferable
Ability to work in a team environment to tight deadlines but able to work independently
Confidence and desire to take responsibility for deliverables
Adaptability and commercial awareness
Desire to learn, develop and add value
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented and highly organized
