About the role

  • Provide administrative support at Cornerstone Financial Advisors with client interactions and using financial tools. Aids in meeting support and compliance reviews with a diverse team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Cornerstone Financial Advisors
  • Answering the phones, providing client support
  • Meeting support to advisors, compliance review
  • Utilizing Thrivent Financial computer systems and programs in support of client relations
  • Document client interactions and maintain digital files
  • Draft follow-up emails and recommendations after client meetings

Requirements

  • Previous administrative/secretarial experience desired
  • Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Money Guide Pro, What If Tax, Morningstar, and Salesforce) or ability to learn
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptions
  • Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information
  • Basic understanding our products and services, and Thrivent Financial
