About the role

  • Client Service Manager at gocomo responsible for B2B account management and relationship building. Driving growth and fostering client partnerships in the digital marketing space.

Responsibilities

  • Holistic management and strategic development of our accounts
  • Establish, maintain and expand relationships with relevant stakeholders at decision-maker level – specialist departments, procurement and management
  • Lead and moderate kick-offs, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and regular client meetings
  • Identify growth, cross-selling and innovation opportunities within existing accounts
  • Early detection of project challenges and close collaboration with Operations and internal teams
  • Develop and implement tailored expansion and customer success strategies

Requirements

  • Several years of proven experience in B2B Account Management, ideally in a digital marketing or agency environment
  • Confident, professional presence at decision-maker level with strong presentation and consulting skills
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with a keen sense for profitability, client retention and growth potential
  • Solid understanding of social media, platform mechanics and performance-based KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills, high social competence and a strong team- and service-oriented approach
  • Structured, independent working style with a solution-focused mindset
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Active network of marketing decision-makers in relevant industries
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
