About the role

  • Sales Executive in Tax & Accounting responsible for handling existing accounts and acquiring new clients. Conducting needs analysis and tailoring presentations to customer requirements.

Responsibilities

  • The Sales Executive is responsible for retaining and growing existing accounts
  • Acquiring new accounts within the geographic area of responsibility
  • Conducting thorough needs analysis within accounts
  • Tailoring client presentations to individual account needs
  • Demonstrating the use of Tax & Accounting products to customers
  • Validating customer needs and driving deals to close
  • Supporting territory growth strategies
  • Focusing on new customer acquisition and upsell opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal resources to lead and close sales cycles

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in an Account Executive role
  • Software as a Service Sales (SAAS) experience a plus
  • Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods and techniques
  • Excellent communication skills & presentation skills
  • Strong prospecting and closing skills
  • Ability to win new customers as well as cross sell/upsell existing customers
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Ambitious self-starter with high energy and motivation
  • Highly proficient in MS Office suite, utilizing a CRM (such as Salesforce preferred)
