About the role

  • Sales consultant for agricultural technology managing customer relationships and project sales. Contributing to the success of Gruber Landtechnik as part of a dynamic team in Ampfing, Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Expand and maintain the existing customer base through active acquisition of new customers and ongoing account management
  • Identify customer needs and manage projects through to sales closure
  • Conduct sales meetings and price negotiations
  • Identify customer requirements and present solutions tailored to their needs
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and generate additional revenue
  • Monitor the market and competition and know the key arguments for product positioning

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in an agricultural or technical field or a higher qualification; career changers are welcome
  • Experience in the sales of construction machinery or related products is an advantage
  • Enjoy working with customers and have a passion for advising and selling
  • Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation ability and assertiveness
  • Flexibility and willingness to perform alongside good communication skills
  • Confident user of MS Office
