Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine campaign ideas that extend across social, digital, and paid touchpoints
  • Write clear, compelling copy including social posts, captions, campaign lines, scripts, paid ads, and presentations
  • Partner closely with art directors, designers, strategists, and producers to bring integrated ideas to life
  • Shape and maintain brand voice across platforms while adapting tone and style to different audiences and contexts
  • Translate strategic insights and cultural moments into engaging, audience first messaging
  • Contribute to brainstorms, concept development, and creative reviews with strong social and campaign thinking
  • Stay plugged into trends, memes, platform shifts, and cultural moments relevant to our clients

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a copywriter, ideally within an agency or social first environment
  • Strong understanding of social platforms and how copy performs across organic and paid media
  • Proven ideation background with experience developing campaign ideas and memorable lines
  • Versatility in writing style including short form social copy, campaign messaging, and longer form content
  • A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and adaptable writing across social, digital, and integrated work
  • Strong understanding of how strategy informs creative ideas and messaging
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with close attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast paced, multidisciplinary team
