About the role
- CRM Copywriting and Content Creator at Nespresso in Lisbon. Creating compelling copy and visuals for consumer campaigns, enhancing brand connections.
Responsibilities
- Set up and manage consumer activation communications
- Create and/or localize all communications for CRM programs, making them relevant to the local audience
- Develop the relational dimension of our communications and strengthen the Nespresso sense of belonging
- Leverage our database to increase high-quality recruitment through our members
- Create and plan consumer communication campaigns for CRM
- Define and manage all communication calendars aligned with business strategy
- Create all content required by the communication calendar
- Serve as SPOC for communication assets with internal and external stakeholders
- Track email and SMS performance to ensure business targets are met
- Continuously improve the experience of new and existing members
- Analyze the omni-channel experience of existing members
- Track and optimize CRM campaigns
- Benchmark local performance against international best practices and the local competitive environment
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in the experience of existing members across channels.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a creative agency or within a marketing team as a (junior) product or brand manager
- Expertise in CRM retention: managing loyalty and rewards programs, constructing offers, and orchestrating lifecycles based on CRM insights
- Experience managing both stakeholders and external agencies
- Excellent creative writing and translation skills
- Strong sensitivity to design and creative work
- Project management and Photoshop experience are a plus.
