Responsibilities

  • Recruiting & Applicant Management – from job postings and candidate screening to interview support.
  • Employer Branding & Communication – creating campaigns, posts and content that showcase what defines our company culture.
  • HR Processes & Organization – insight into onboarding, internal communication and feedback processes.
  • Team Projects – support for internal workshops, employer branding events and team initiatives.
  • Ownership – take on small HR projects with support from our team and develop both professionally and personally.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in a relevant degree program, e.g. Business Administration, Human Resources, Business/Organizational Psychology, Communication & Media Studies, Social Sciences, Cultural Studies, Business Education, or a comparable field related to HR, communication or marketing.
  • Very good German and English skills.
  • Interest in people, communication and company culture.
  • Creative thinking and enjoyment of writing, social media & employer branding.
  • Initiative, teamwork skills and strong organizational ability.
  • Enthusiasm to actively contribute to a growing startup.
