Responsibilities

  • Planning, implementation & optimization of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Conceptualization & management of Google Ads
  • Building & optimizing lead funnels
  • Campaigns for employee recruitment (recruiting)
  • Audience analysis & offer positioning
  • KPI tracking & reporting (CPL, CPA, conversion rates)
  • Close collaboration with the content team (Reels, TikTok, creatives)
  • Building scalable campaign structures (agency-style setup)

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in performance marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Business Manager
  • Experience with Google Ads
  • Funnel and conversion mindset
  • Numerical affinity & results orientation
  • Structured, independent working style
  • Nice to have (not required): experience in recruitment marketing, agency or scaling experience, CRM & funnel tools, experience working with external providers, SMEs or professional firms (e.g., tax firms)
