About the role

  • Campaign Manager responsible for managing paid social campaigns for GALE. Collaborating with stakeholders and providing strategic guidance on audience and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Manage campaign performance and dig into the data to define success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead strategy planning discussions to align on audience, ad formats, and budgets.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns based on performance analysis.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and improve team performance.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years experience in managing portfolio of accounts in Paid Social vertical.
  • Familiar with setting up campaigns in Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Pinterest & Snapchat.
  • Producing weekly/monthly/quarterly/end of campaign reports from different platforms.
  • Participating/leading in the strategy planning discussions with the client.
  • Working with multiple stakeholders and coordinating with the internal team.
  • Sharing knowledge across the team for juniors to help them grow.
  • Planning & forecasting the budget & estimating other metrics.
  • Conducting regular research to provide clients with different strategies.
  • Previous agency experience would be a plus.
