About the role

  • Paid Social Senior Manager leading paid social activities in influencer marketing agency. Overseeing campaign execution and optimizing strategies for client presentations and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all paid social activity end-to-end.
  • Shape strategic paid social approaches and media planning.
  • Execute campaigns, optimize, and report results to clients.
  • Manage spend tracking and platform invoice approvals.
  • Work closely with accounts team to embed paid social into client strategies.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and present data-led strategies to clients.

Requirements

  • Proven paid social experience within an agency environment.
  • Strong cross-channel understanding of influencer, organic and paid social.
  • Experience managing campaigns across varied budget levels.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to a high standard.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially minded with confidence embedding paid media into long-term strategy.
