Responsibilities
Customer acquisition and retention: develop and expand long-term customer relationships and proactively identify and win new business customers within the sales territory.
Sales planning and budget responsibility: accountable for planning, executing and achieving the regional sales budget to ensure sales targets are met.
Project and proposal management: handle and close sales projects, including proposal costing, follow-up and measures to strengthen customer loyalty.
Contract and win-back management: carry out customer loss analyses, develop win-back strategies and prepare and monitor contracts, including action planning in case of deviations.
Complaint handling and customer satisfaction: ensure customer satisfaction through professional handling of feedback and complaints.
Sales reporting and external representation: prepare sales reports and analyses to steer sales activities and represent the company at trade shows and events.
Requirements
Initial professional experience in sales, ideally in the B2B area
Knowledge of the food or beverage industry or relevant expertise in this sector is mandatory
Confident user of common MS Office applications and experience with an ERP system
Very good German and English language skills are required
High willingness to travel is expected
