Responsibilities
Proveer servicios de soporte de primera línea en un entorno de Digital Workplace
Gestionar todas las interacciones de usuario (teléfono, portal de tickets, chat, mensajería)

Requirements
5-7 años de experiencia
Título de Bachelor en IT o campo relacionado
Inglés (C1) (obligatorio)
Francés (C1) (obligatorio)
Buena conocimiento de soporte y administración de Workstation
Conocimiento básico de entornos de servidor Windows/Linux y Active Directory
Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas
