IT Support Engineer managing Apple ecosystem and Google Workspace for over 300 employees. Involved in device management, user support, and IT compliance.
Responsibilities
Own and manage the Kandji/IRU MDM platform, including device enrollment, app deployment, security policies, and compliance monitoring
Administer Google Workspace including user lifecycle management, security configurations, and data governance policies
Provide expert-level support for macOS and iOS devices, resolving complex technical issues
Design and implement zero-touch deployment workflows for new employee onboarding
Develop automation scripts to streamline repetitive IT tasks and improve efficiency
Create and maintain IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and self-service resources
Collaborate with Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure endpoint compliance and security standards
Requirements
Several years of experience in IT support with focus on Apple device management
Proven hands-on experience with Kandji/IRU or similar MDM solutions (Jamf, Mosyle)
Expert knowledge of Google Workspace administration and security features
Deep understanding of macOS and iOS enterprise management
Experience with ITIL processes and ISMS frameworks
Experience with SSO/identity management solutions
Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or AppleScript) for automation
Excellent communication skills and customer-service orientation
Fluent in German and English
Google Workspace certification is a plus
