Responsibilities
Participate in ideation sessions with the marketing teams.
Show your creative thinking skills and social media savvy while working across a range of social platforms.
Show off your creative skills, assembling content for our socials firsthand!
Ideate content concepts for Disney products on social platforms and analyze performance
Capture and edit content, producing multiple deliverables weekly
Build a community for social platform handles, engaging with content, and connecting with followers, providing generational knowledge into Gen Z trends and way of thinking
Be an active participant and work with the team to develop social media plans/calendars
Develop influencer lists for gifting opportunities tied to our products
Requirements
Actively engaged on a wide array of social media platforms with knowledge of content formats, functionality, and the latest trends
Experience in content creation
Ability to improve social content formats creatively
Partnership and relationship skills
Experience with TikTok as a user and creator
Creatively minded with the ability to inspire creative teams

Junior or Senior year preferred
Major or previous coursework in Marketing, Communications, PR, Design, or a related major preferred
