Requirements
- 8+ years recruiting experience, preferably in an enterprise corporate recruiting and sourcing senior leadership roles and/or Executive search firm
- Experience executing senior level search assignments within APAC territories
- Proven success creating comprehensive recruitment and sourcing plans
- Proven track record managing executive relationships
- Expertise in negotiation, advising, influencing, and full talent search management
- Strong storytelling, facilitation, and influencing skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
