Responsibilities

  • Assist with the identification of current critical leadership positions
  • Project manage the day to day executive search through the development and execution of full life cycle recruitment plans
  • Support talent succession planning by keeping a pool of qualified internal and external candidates
  • Serve as an internal consultant to senior business leaders and HR partners
  • Develop search strategies inclusive of understanding talent profiles
  • Cultivate relationships with high potential sources internally and externally
  • Implement key workforce diversity initiatives
  • Drive facilitation of continuous improvement via measurement tools

Requirements

  • 8+ years recruiting experience, preferably in an enterprise corporate recruiting and sourcing senior leadership roles and/or Executive search firm
  • Experience executing senior level search assignments within APAC territories
  • Proven success creating comprehensive recruitment and sourcing plans
  • Proven track record managing executive relationships
  • Expertise in negotiation, advising, influencing, and full talent search management
  • Strong storytelling, facilitation, and influencing skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
